I highly recommend reading this book and all other books by Rosaria. There is a serious lack of honest books on this subject written from the perspective of personal experience. I hope she finds the time to write many more while we still have the freedom to do so.

Good coffee table book

I purchased this book to prank my wife. I thought I'll place this on the coffee table among all other coffee table books (when she isn't looking) and this could be a great conversation starter when we have guests over. Well, not only was this a great conversation starter, it was also a HUGE hit. Some of my friends have borrowed this book since because they claim to love "reading" this (over and over again I might add). Hence I'm guessing that the stick-figure drawings inside this book must be somewhat "useful". That automatically deserves a 5-star rating in my opinion.

Great book to explore and discover new things/positions. It shows simple illustrations and provides tips and humor along with each one. 69 total positions/workouts are there at 4 levels. I have to admit the 4th level is on some cirque de solei type stuff. Great gift!

Fun and interesting!

So I won't lie this is a hilarious book! It is exactly what I thought it would be. It shows you a good amount of sexual positions and then highlight with color what parts of your body you work on and how to maximize that workout.

Is it something I really want to be focusing on whole having sex with my girlfriend...? Nope! Did we find it fun to try? Sure did!

Would I recommend it? I mean sure because it doesn't hide what it is about!

Susun Weed's newest book is a much-needed look at healing for Down There for women & men.

Sexual & reproductive health can be a shady part of taking care of ourselves - a lot of painful emotions to deal with, in addition to trying to get help from doctors. In comparison to other books that seem to tell you that if you have difficulty with sex you must have been sexually abused as a child, this book offers a more complete analysis and makes you think of little things and details which along the way might have caused you to find sex difficult, but in an uplifting manner, saying that it is ok and that you can solve it. It also tells you that you are not the only one suffering from this fear of intimacy and that it is ok and you can do something about it.

In my opinion it is a very well written book and is worth reading for a lot of people in order to get a greater understanding of themselves and the world around them,...

I have only just recently begun to read this book. But already I am absolutely shocked by how on target everything it says is. As I read the pages, I find myself wondering if the author has not been observing me and taking notes. I have always held a strong fear of sexuality, and always feel guilty when I find myself watching pretty girls or getting aroused. The author's descriptions if an interior world of denial and self doubt are precisely on the mark. I have not begun to utilize any therapeutic tips offered within, but so far I am deeply impressed.

I purchased this book in hopes that it would help a friend of mine through her troubles, as she was abused in childhood and as a result she's unable to have a physical relationship with anyone.

This book seemed nice, but upon flipping through it I realized that it assumes that the reader is a man or woman in a relationship that is already having sex & doesn't find joy in it. That doesn't help my best friend, since she's NOT in a relationship with anyone and would feel left out by the book. The book wouldn't be any help for her, and ended up being a waste of my money. Why would I give her a book that isn't going to help her? Still, it did make some nice points but again... the fact that the writers are assuming that they are speaking to married or partnered men/women really alienates a large chunk of people.

This is a good book for anyone who wants to understand the basic emotional and psychosexual dynamics of sexual addiction but the problem I did have with it was that it was written to understand the male addict. Although the dynamics from the human level are essentially the same there are some differences.
After a really harrowing relationship with a woman addict whose secretiveness and intense denial/shame of the problem translated to my being left in the dark as to it's nature I scoured the web for any information I could find. I was really confused how this woman's behavior really depressed her to the point of endless bouts of crying and yet it continued with more calculating deceit, mind games, rampant flirting with colleagues and promiscuity. This is a good book for anyone who wants to understand the basic emotional and psychosexual dynamics of sexual addiction but the problem I did have with it was that it was written to understand the male addict. Although the dynamics from the human level are essentially the same there are some differences.
After a really harrowing relationship with a woman addict whose secretiveness and intense denial/shame of the problem translated to my being left in the dark as to it's nature I scoured the web for any information I could find. I was really confused how this woman's behavior really depressed her to the point of endless bouts of crying and yet it continued with more calculating deceit, mind games, rampant flirting with colleagues and promiscuity. "Out of the Shadows" by Patrick Carnes is one of the best books on sexual addiction. Carnes says sexaholism transcend personality, gender, and socio-economic status. He defines sexual addiction as having a pathological relationship with sex and using it as a mood-altering drug.
