Highly recommend for the "Gear Heads" out there.

I think anyone with an interest and love of cars will enjoy this book. The author's natural way with dialogue makes for an easy and interesting read. Some stories leave you hanging for a while but come around to satisfy in the end. After all the story is called "Found".

"Non-car guy" loves this book!
I loved this book!
I'm not necessarily a big car guy - more of a hands on, practical fixer upper of an old car (not to be confused with a classic, antique, vintage or any other designation that would ascribe more "value" to it than it actually has). However, much like the many subjects in Found, my vehicle holds many cherished memories: road trips, camping adventures, kids play dates, sports tournaments, school drop offs, dog beach outings, etc. It's as old as my oldest child, and older than my youngest. It's outlived our first Labrador, Molly, who rode it to the beach on both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts, and now both of our mutts love to ride in the back, as they head for a Lake Michigan swim.
I recommend this book to anyone - and not necessarily just "car folks". The people stories surrounding these cars are compelling and engaging. And while I certainly don't own a fancy car, my humble vehicle and I (and my family) also have a tale or two - everyone has a story...
A must have for the car lover on your father's day shopping list

I can't think of a better father's day gift!
Found is a story of friendship, wrapped around the colorful lives of cars (mostly exotic) and the misadventures that caused them to be lost... and found. It was fun to see the disparate tales come together in the end.

Good introduction to DMS, poor english, very repetitive

This is a great introduction to the subject and as long as you read it with that in mind, you won't be disappointed. The book tries to be a textbook, a roadmap, and design documentation on how a good DMS should be. The problem is that it becomes repetitive, many of the flows and processes described are very similar and it gets tiring to read through all of them. At some point it becomes more process documentation than a book, and very predictive.

All in all, it's a great introduction to the subject and would recommend it to anybody wanting to know more about DMS in general.
